Not usually unless Syluss has an occasion with free space here and there. Ninety-nine per cent of all tattoos are done by appointment only. This ensures every piece gets the time, focus, and custom attention it deserves. Consultations are free and recommended for anyone considering a new tattoo.

How much does a tattoo cost?
Pricing depends on the size, style, level of detail, and how long it takes to complete. Half-day and full-day sessions are available for larger pieces or ongoing work. Syluss also does piece prices for smaller ideas. Get in touch with what it is you’re after, and Syluss will be able to help with costings.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Every tattoo begins with a one-on-one consultation, free of charge. These are held at Wolf Ink Studio on Queen Street, Exeter, and are a great opportunity to discuss your ideas, placement, sizing and design direction.
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
Get a good night’s sleep
Eat a solid meal beforehand

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and sun exposure the day before

Yes. Syluss has years of experience reworking faded or poorly executed tattoos and designing meaningful cover-ups that give old pieces new life. Bring reference photos or ideas to your consultation if this is something you're considering.
